Configuration Of Broadcastify Calls Support

Running:
In Windows, double-click on the .jar file or start with 'java -jar BTT_BCalls.jar'
In BTCFG / BTConfig, enable the "Broadcasitfy Calls Output" option on the PC Audio tab. This will enable .wav file output to the p25rx/broadcastify_calls directory. Configure the BTT BCalls application to monitor this directory.
